Amazing curry dishes but there were a lot of hairs in my rice. Also, my Nan Bread had some sort of curry spilt on it. Nice food but service and presentation of food is very bad.

So disappointed. Used to love ordering from Balti but your new delivery man is unbearable! I ordered three times in the last few months and every single time he took over an hour-and-a-half to arrive and when he did arrive he was very rude. Your food is the best in Falmouth but I will never order again. I can't stand this rude rude man. Why does he deliver food? He has no manners and no idea how to treat customers!

First of all I must say when I read your comment I was really upset that this had happened and was then frustrated with the person in question, I have spoken with him tonight and told him what has been said and that if he doesn't sort his attitude out I will have no choice but to release him . I can only but offer my sincerest apologies for what has happened . WE HAD A WONDERFULL MEAL ON 3 RD FEB WITH MY SON AND HUSBAND EVERYTHING SO TASTY ,THEN THE BIG SURPRISE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY ,WE HAD NO IDEAR YOU DID THIS WONDERFULL SURPRISE ON SOMEONES BIRTHDAY ,UNFORTUNATLY WE LIVE ON THE iSLES OF Scilly my son is living in Falmouth ,and has spread the word om lovely food we will return on next visit made my night .
